Cancellation Policy
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Policy

Return the product within 7 days of delivery. We will deliver the replacement within 3–5 business days.

- Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Situations
